With recent updates, the app now supports all test kits—whether you’re using the 855 Digital, an earlier digital model, or a traditional analog kit—giving every tester access to the full advantages of the platform.
The 855 digital backflow test kit represents the future of backflow testing, combining state-of-the-art technology with exclusive integration to the MachBackflow app. It is the first and only fully app-driven backflow test kit in the industry. Built on the trusted foundation of the industry-standard 845-5®, and developed over four years with direct input from field testers, the 855 delivers unmatched accuracy and reliability for all your backflow testing needs.
Test Kit Inclusive
The MachBackflow App is designed with test kit inclusivity in mind, enabling all testers—whether using the Mid-West® Instrument 855®, earlier digital models, or traditional analog kits—to seamlessly operate within the same platform. The overall experience remains consistent across device types, allowing teams to adopt the app immediately and transition smoothly to the 855® at their own pace.
The 855® is the latest generation backflow test kit from industry leader Mid-West® Instrument. It connects directly to the MachBackflow App, enabling seamless capture of pressure values for maximum accuracy and ease of use.
With manual entry support for analog and older digital test kits, the MachBackflow App lets users benefit from all its features while continuing to use the test kits they already have and are familiar with.
